Parker Bassett, Scholarship Recipient, Lone Peak High School. Parker has a 4.0 cumulative GPA. He is first in his class out of 702 students. Parker's involvement includes Highland City Youth Council, Highland City Youth Court, Timberline, Marching Band, Soccer and Piano.
